I logged on today, and everything is there, but some of my ADR's have the wrong number of people listed. I called to change our reservation, and they said they have the right number of people on their end - the CM even said "That silly website has a lot of little gremlins at work stealing away the magic" HA! I asked about the 60 day online check-in, and the CM said they just got an email about that today, and that it was true, but might not be functional yet. He said "But by the time you can check in, all of the gremlins should be gone!" Oh boy. So now what do we do at 10 days.... Now we have to have a 60 day celebration!

Sigh.

I just did a search and saw the new page with the "My Disney Experience" link!!!
I logged in annnndddd...

Foiled again. It's the old site, has my resort reservation but absolutely no dining reservations. I swear if they roll out this fastpass+ for my end of February trip and I missed out on decent times because of this stupid website I will lay on the ground and flail like a toddler.

No website love for the Canadians yet.

I get neither the old site (which i had last week with all ressies) or my resort info on new site. But have all dining on new. Cant have it all i guess lol

The WDW website has been crippled for weeks. At first I could not access our reservation, and now the reservation shows up with no details. The cost, and balance due just isnt there.

Want to make a payment? Forget it.

I called and chatted several CSRs. I get told the same thing... that they are undergoing an enhancement.

If by enhancement they mean a broken and failed reservation system on the website then yes, they have achieved that.

How can a company as large as Disney not test their webpages and the links to the reservation system? When they realized it wasnt working, they should have reverted back to the working system until they finally got the bugs worked out of their "enhancement".

I have all the details with my ressie on the new site - deposit, balance due, room type, etc. Nowhere to make a payment but its a room-only ressie, and you couldn't pay online for that on the old site either, so I wasn't expecting it to be there.

I have to say mine transferred over seamlessly from the old site, and being a split stay I thought for sure there'd be a glitch somewhere. I have both room ressies, all the details of them, and all my ADRs. I haven't had one problem ith the passholder ares (knock on wood) and had daily issues with that on the old site.

Oh yeah, mine doesn't have the deposit amount or anything....maybe because it's PIF??? The room type is on there...hmmmm....
