Upgrade at Welcome Center

I have read a few threads where people were able to upgrade their cabin once they arrived at the Port. However, is this possible at the Welcome Center at MCO? Just curious as we will be using DCL and if I decide I want to jump and try to get a Concierge suite can I try at the Welcome Center?

Here's to my DAY DREAMS!!

No. Upgrades are available only at the supervisor's desk in the terminal. However, checking in at the welcome center is still a good thing...as soon as you get to the terminal, you'll be able to proceed to the supervisor's desk.

So if you check in at MCO they give you the KTTW card? Im confused how if u check in there, you do not need to check in at port?
I will be checking in at MCO then taking the DCL bus to the port and hoping to get an upgrade at port!

They are no longer checking in for the cruise at MCO. You must checkin at the port now. Even when taking DCL transfers from MCO.

This thread started in october and the policy changed in December.

Currently there is no check in for the cruise anywhere except the DCL terminals.

Only DCL knows for sure. Scuttlebutt is that they've had a lot of complaints.

Sadly, it does not currently exist. I do plan to write a nice note about my wish for the service to return after my cruise in two weeks.

I read that having the checkin at MCO was the trial. It apparently hadn't been going on all that long.
