It is going to be HOT while you are there, especially for your seven year old. I suggest taking some time off during the day and going back to your resort for a pool break. Planning your ADRs around the park that you're in will save you a ton of heartache in attempting to get to places on time. The only day I suggest having dinner somewhere different is possibly while you are at HS. The dining options there aren't great, so maybe trying one of the Epcot Resort Area restaurants would be a good idea (since HS is so close). I suggest checking out the Boardwalk. Lots of fun options of things to see and do there in addition to some great food! If you don't like the restaurant options there, Beaches and Cream is at the Yacht Club (YC), and that's a super fun option.
