are there trash cans at each camp site?
does anyone know if there are trash cans at each camp site or do you have to take your trash to a certian area?

There are multiple trash cans in each camping loop. You are never more than 20 steps from a trash can and recycle bins.

Or, you can tie the trash bag to the camper and toss it every time you leave the site.
Since we have a 2 year old that is still in pull ups, we used the plastic grocery bags as our trash bags and tossed them when ever we had a diaper.

We did this same thing, except that we hung a plastic grocery bag from the grill, since we were in a tent. Of course we weren't actually using the grill!
We just walked it to the nearest bin whenever it was full. |

thanks for all the info guys! iv got 2 little ones in dipes still and man oh man do bugs and critters love those dirty dipes!!!!

All I can say is be careful about leaving stuff outside at the Fort.
There are professional thieves lurking, monitoring, PROBING for a weakness. They are some of the most cunning, scheming pickpockets the Fort has ever seen. Yes, I am talking about...   Beware these marauders!  Bama ED
