I had good luck calling today.
I was told:

35% for all Deluxe Resorts, except:
-only 5% for Suites
-only 25% for AKL Savannah Rooms

30% for Moderates

20% for Values

I was asking about Deluxe resorts specifically, so there may be some nuances about the Moderate and Value rates that the CM didn't mention.

Incidentally, when did they start this whole "SMILE" routine?
I dare you to hear "Thanks for calling Walt Disney World Resort, where we...?... smiles every day. My name is Heart. What can I do to make you smile today?" and pretend nothing out of the ordinary happened!

We got the pin too! I am going to guess that if you are looked for a different date they won't transfer your pin code and give you the discount? We are only able to go at a certain time this year.

It is nice to see 30% for Moderates again though.

Got the same snail mail -- well, actually, my DW got it -- and my DD got the same offer in an email today (to MY email address, of all places...).

I think WDW's confused about who's actually paying for these trips...

Since POFQ was mentioned, I thought I'd share some more info I got from the email I received today with this same offer:

1. The Value resort discount rate is 25% (wow!), not 20% as the CM reported to me over the phone.
2. Port Orleans French Quarter is excluded from 30%. It is instead 20%.
3. Art of Animation Family Suites and All Star Movies are excluded from 25%. They are instead 15%.
4. Art of Animation regular rooms aren't listed at all, so I assume that only the Family Suites are discounted.
5. Deluxe Villas are also 35%, except, again, AK Villas Savannah View.

Got the pin, too! And we're going in August!

Just booked Yacht Club Lagoon View Club level with dining plan for 5 nights! Can't wait!! This pin saved lots of cash!

Hope that we get one, but for the end of December- beginning of January!

With the free dining is it still the same?
The regular dining package or has it changed to Quick dining package?

I don't know what it'll be like in the future, but I got regular free dining, booked at a mod.
