Anyone ever use simple stroller rental? - The DIS Discussion Forums

Not all company's can deliver or pick up from Disney bell services. If you are staying onsite check if this is one of the preferred vendors.

It says if you are a resort guest it will be delivered to bell services on the day of your arrival. How can I check that they are a preferred vendor?

If it says that, then they should be a prefered vendor. If they are not, you have to meet them to pick up the stroller and also meet them to return it....meaning Bell Services won't take care of that for you. I've only rented from Orlando Stroller Rentals because I know they are a prefered vendor. I don't want to have to deal with waiting around to meet someone to drop off the stroller and meet someone at the end of the trip to return it.

I used Simple Stroller Rental in January. My stroller was waiting on me when I arrived at Old Key West and I left it at bell services before hopping on Magical Express. We had a great experience with them.
