Weight minimum for Parasailing at CC - The DIS Discussion Forums

Is the minimum weight of 90 lbs for parasailing based in a combined weight if two people are planning on going tandem? My son is old enough, but he only weighs about 50 lbs. He would go with DH and obviously the two together are well over the minimum.
