Big Apple Circus!

Loved, loved, loved it. Old fashioned tent, single ring, no seat further than 50 feet from the ring so everyone sees the show up close and personal. The emphasis is on acrobats and aerialists.

Just seemed a little weird to be going to Lincoln Center to see the circus.

Loved the clowns too. They're wearing masks instead of makeup. Has to do with the origins of the art in Italian comedy.

It used to travel to New Hampshire every summer and we went several times. One year we had front row seats and DD was chosen to dance with Grandma the Clown. It was just awesome. I wish they would come back sometime.

Those kind are great fun. Do you know how long it will be there. I'm going up to NYC soon.

They're here until 1/13 and then they go on the road.

Sounds like great fun. Wish they could or would come to our area. the only entertainment so far that I have seen come for our festival is some wrestling show. Not my cup of tea.

We wactched the first episode of their show on Neflix. It is quite interesting...just don't ignore the language warning if you are watching it with kids (like I did) 'cause the lang eventually shows up.

Of course now my kids want to go see it.
