I'm sure this has been asked before, so please forgive me...is the DME available 24 hours? I'm looking at flights and our departure flight is at 6:30 am, which means really early to the airport.

Yes, your pickup time will be 3 hours before your flight (+/- 15 minutes) and you're expected to be at your pickup site 15 minutes before your pickup time.

So, you'll need to be at the DME bus zone sometime between 3 (if your pickup time is 3:15) and 3:30 (if your pickup time is 3:45).
