If I'm not using DME for my bags...
but I am using DME for transportation, do I have to call and let them know my flight info? I received the little tickets in the mail. Can I just take those tickets with me and show up at the DME terminal place and get on a bus to our resort? There are 4 of us in our ASSp room, but we're all getting to MCO on different flights.

I am confused about your statement, "I received the little tickets in the mail". If you are referring to the DME packet with the long, yellow luggage tags and DME vouchers, then you should be good to go. If people arrive on different airlines, they can take DME, they simply go up to the counter to get a boarding voucher. Duds

Duds is correct, you do have a reservation and it will be ok. For arrival, I think they just want to know the time so they can have a rough number of people arriving. There have been times in the past we've forgotten to update our flight info and it was fine.
Now, if you have people getting in at different times, you might want to let DME know that. They need that booklet that they send you.

Do you 'have' to give them flight info? No, not for your arrival flights. They like to have the info in order to plan on the right number of buses being available, but that's about it.
They do have to have the flight info for your departure flights though. That is how they give you your pickup time!! So, be sure DME gets your departure info. You can always do that right at the DME counter as you wait for the others to arrive. |

Do not put the yellow tags on the bags if you want the bags with you.
