I wholeheartedly agree with the sentiments provided by the previous poster. Ever since I became a DVC member, I have wanted to know what makes BCV so popular. So, during the first week of December, I parted with 45 points and stayed in a studio from December 3 - 6, 2012. Although I enjoyed my stay, I felt that I needed to use the location, not the room and resort amenities, to justify the points.

If your Disney vacation is defined by Epcot and pool use, then this is the perfect villa for you.

I agree with you Space Mountain. We primarily stay at BWV and except for the pool, which is very important for many (but not us), we prefer BWV over BCV and this is mainly because of the Boardwalk view which is of interest to us.

I just purchased 320 SSR at a good price and will add BCV at a smaller buy in to get the 11 month window. Just a matter of time before a desireable contract becomes available.
