Excursion/Palo booking 90 days out

So would someone mind checking my math? 90 days out from a June 15th departure would be Mar 17th, correct? So do I get on line at 12am Sunday, March 17th to book or do you not get access right at midnight?

Midnight eastern time, so judging from your screen name 11pm. And if you go onto the site it will tell you how many days until you can book, since different folks have different windows.
