Booking Palo etc for 2 cabins

Hello,
Our party of 4 has two separate cabins on an upcoming cruise. If I want to book Palo or Remy or excursions, can I book them all under one reservation or do I need to book everyone under their own reservation # (I am picturing myself @ midnight with 2 browsers open)? We all are Silver CC, I'm just wondering how this works. I searched the forum but it looks like this may have changed over time?

TIA

Donna

Are the reservations linked? I believe you can link them on the DCL website. If not, you can call DCL and have them do it. Linking the reservations allows you to book excursions together and dine together. Since Palo and Remy are booked under excursions, you should be able to do it, since you're all at the same Castaway Club level.

also (not sure if this applies in your situation or not) but both cabins would also need to be PIF? i mean i think if you are silver or more theoretically you can book before the 75 days or whatever it is (90 for silver?) but i think if the other cabin is friends or whatnot and they aren’t PIF they won’t show up.

that probably makes zero sense.

we are leaving for our first 8 night cruise in less then 48 hours and i am in cruise overload at the moment!

Yes, for any reservations (excursions ,adult dining and so forth) you must be paid in full. Regardless of whether the actual Paid In Full date has occured or not.
