Hi all. I'd like to join. Since I'm on Weight Watchers I'm used to doing monthly Activity Point challenges and trying to convert that to minutes is challenging for me. Lol.
So I'm going to start with an arbitrary 600 minutes and see what happens. ![]() 0/600

Can I still join? if so, 840 for the month for me! I should meet that just completing the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred.
I've already shredded yesterday, so I've done 28/840. More later today, since I plan on doing my workout after I get home from work. (woke up late today)

I'm in! The whole family got sick in December, then the holidays arrived December was a big blah. DH is still sick, but I am hoping I can get back to the exercising! My January goal is 600 minutes.
