Steak n potaoes girl and Remy

We are going on the dream for our 10 year anniversary and I want to make it special. We already have a Palo ressie but I think I want to try Remy. I've never been to a fine dinning restaurant and I don't know what to expect. My husband loves a good steak so I'm not sure how he'll react to the food. Has anyone gone as a fine dinning newbie? If so did you enjoy it?

Don't eat anything

for several hours. It is SO much food.

It was a great experience for us. Just bite after bite of crazy good food. And fantastic service.

I am sure there is some kind of beef.

Have fun!

I'm pretty much a meat & potato kind of guy but I loved Remy.

Do yourself a favor and do not read the menu or fixate on what they tell you the dish is. Just have them bring you what they think is best and taste it. You'll be amazed. After that ask what it was. You'll be twice as amazed.

Really. If you're not sure about it, try the Remy Brunch instead. Very similar experience and a fun way to get acquainted with really fine dining.

Thanks for the advice. I think we'll try it. We wont have the kids with us this time so I really want to try to do things that we wouldn't normally do.
