Long phone wait times

Anyone else finding there is extremely long wait times? I called yesterday to change my reservations, waited on hold for 1/2 hr before giving up. Been on hold today for 23 mins so far. Grrr

I've seen lots of reports of long wait times, but I called today to make a change to my reservation and was on the phone for less than 10 minutes to get it done.

When is a good time to call? 2 weeks ago today I was on hold for almost 50 minutes...I did other stuff while waiting...but WOW-really?
I need to call & check on something.....but I'm dreading the wait.

I've noticed that too! I was on hold for 30 minutes and now I'm on hold again. Grrrr!

Given the nightmare scenario that IS the Disney website right now, I'm not at all surprised that the phone lines are all jammed up. Seems like the only way to get things done right now is to multitask with your phone close by with the speaker phone on.

I was on hold for over 30 minutes TWICE yesterday. Gave up both times. I called back at about 7:15 this morning, was on hold for about 10 minutes before I got through. Finally!!!

I gave up after a grand total of 1 hour and 15 mins, just today. I figure I will try tomorrow.

I've been trying to make some last minute changes on the web-site without much success. Even a simple matter like pulling up an ADR, which the website locates, hit cancel the reservation and get an error message. Combine this with a busy time of the year and you get jammed phone lines.

I called earlier and was quoted a wait time of "more than 30 minutes" and it tooke them an hour and 45 minutes to finally take my call! Thank goodness for speakerphone!! LOL.

It also doesn't help that new Visa discounts just came out yesterday, and will come out for the general public on 1/3. I'd try phoning right when phone lines open.

We called last night at 9:45 eastern time thinking it wouldn't be that bad of a wait...total call time was one hour. But the CMs were super friendly and did say that phones had been extremely busy yesterday.

This! I got some work done on my laptop and then cleaned my kitchen while I was on hold three time yesterday

Yesterday I called three times; 30mins, 25mins and 40mins. The 25min one, the CM finally picked up and in my hurry to grab the phone, I hit "cancel" on the touchscreen

The offer for the Disney Visa came out yesterday and the CM I spoke with sais some were waiting 4 hours. I got lucky with only 15 minutes today.
