YEAH for WL CL, Candace! it's great to have everyone happy and onboard! I bet your second stay will be just as magical.

You know me, I keep venturing out, and so far, nothing's beat my AKL CL stay!!
I am at work today -- my one work day between now and Jan 7 -- it is soooooo boring, there is really hardly anyone here, and the clock is ticking by sooooo slowly!
My DH department let him off early because there where more Sheriffs at the court house than civilians!!! LOL! so he surprised me, and we are going to have lunch together in about 5 minutes when I get coverage! -- nice treat!
My interview is on next Friday for the new job -- can we say NERVES?? I don't know -- I am starting to think about what that extra money could do for us! and it would be nice to be busy at work and not bored....we shall see what the new yr. brings.
Well, must sign off -- but wanted to stop by and say HI to my favourite people!!!

DH has a similar issue as you with his sinuses and the only reason he hasn't done the surgery is because we hear it is extremely painful

Fingers crossed for a massive raise!! If you did get to upgrade to a deluxe, would you keep it a secret or tell her?

Has anyone tried to use the My Disney Experience app? I tried adding our trip to it, and it says that what I enter is not valid. Then it got stuck on the screen where you enter that info and I had to delete it and re-install it.

Yeah, I would probably tell her since we cant do surprises with DS. Oh and that app drives me crazy, sometimes it pulls my stuff, sometimes it doesn't, and half the time it just shuts down on me. I think they rolled it out before they got all the glitches out.

As soon as I read your post, I remembered. Like I said, hopefully he won't have to do that test again in the near future, or even better, ever have to do it. I swear sometimes I think my brain wonders off without my body.

On the app, your doing better than I am if you can get it to work sometimes. Disney really needs to overhaul their IT department. If they spent a fraction of the money they spent purchasing Marvel and Lucasfilms on their IT department, it would be amazing. Maybe it's a good thing they are so terrible, though. It might make it easier for me to get a job with them as a computer programmer.

Well I was going to take the boys over to my sister's house to meet her new dog, Clancy, today. I just don't feel like getting out of my snuggle mound to go. I'm sitting in bed knitting in a pair of my Mickey PJs, and my pink bath robe with my huge stuffed penguin beside me. My mil & fil got me the penguin for Christmas. I have developed a bad habit since moving in with them of putting my hands in my arm pits while I sleep and squeezing until my hands fall asleep. When they do fall asleep, it wakes me up, I get feeling back in them, and then go back off to sleep. A little while later, I wake up again with the same problem. I have noticed the more stressed I am, the more it happens. They got me the penguin so that I hold it while I sleep and squeeze it, and it really works. I haven't woken up in the middle of the night from it, since they gave it to me Christmas Day. The only problem now is that the DH is jealous of a stuffed penguin. He wants me to squeeze him while I sleep, but he moves too much in his sleep. Plus I would have to lay on my left side, and I just can't lay on that side long before it starts hurting.

I just got off phone with reservations 45 mins on hold and they took my number to call me back because of problem with computers said the number of guest in my party was not coming up right.

Melissa... We Went!!! We didn't have the day we originally planned though.

Plan was Boma Breakfast, MK afternoon parade, Plaza Dinner, and MK Fireworks.

Actual Day: Went to bed Xmas Eve sick, woke up Xmas morning even sicker. Didn't go to Boma because I couldn't speak or swallow. Laid on the couch watching the closing phases of MK, decided to switch dinner to something more laid back. Scored the Captain's Grille Christmas Dinner Buffet--which was beyond amazing (new Christmas tradition for us!). We walked over to DHS, shopped around, watched the lights. Took the bus to the Contemporary and walked over to MK for Holiday Wishes. Went to the Frontierland Pin Store, walked around, WALKED RIGHT ON TO DUMBO AND THE BARNSTORMER!!! No wait! Then I threw in the towel and told him I was too sick and had to go home. I tried to brave it since it was Xmas, but I couldn't

Since then--traffic has been a mess around town. I went to work the morning of the 26th, left early because I was sick, and it took me over 90 minutes to get home (14 miles). I haven't been back to work since and am out until Monday--I have massive infection attacking me! I am a little stir crazy and managed to get a Via Napoli tonight. Pizza and gelato should cure just about anything. Right?

I’m very sad to have to let you all know that our wonderful, sweet, courageous Sarah (JungleCruiser) has passed. She did so peacefully with her husband Jon, and her 2 daughters Stephanie and Cynthia, by her side. They had Disney music playing, and they know she heard the music as she squeezed her daughter’s hand when wishes came on.

She was an upbeat, positive, caring person, who didn’t dwell on her illness, instead focused on living her life fully every day. Jon sent me an email and in it he said he couldn’t relay how much she so enjoyed talking and communicating with her DIS friends and how much she was looking forward to Disney and seeing us there.

She was a dear friend to me and I l will miss her greatly.

Her family is in the process of arranging a memorial service and her daughter Stephanie will pass along the details which I will share with you all. I set up a thread on the community board so we (and her all her DIS friends), can share our thoughts and memories of Sarah.

She's with God now and free of her pain. Please keep her family in your hearts and prayers.

Oh my god, I knew something was wrong. I am in tears...what a wonderful caring lady she was. My girls just took to her instantly. Janet...thank you for letting us know. I am sooo sad right now.
