More west coast cruises:

LA, Catalina, Ensenada (RT)
a 2-4 night cruise to nowhere RT out of LA

Either of these coupled with a few nights at DL (and seeing the new Carsland) could make a nice trip.

If they do that, they should send the Magic to Cali this time. Just to switch things up. Maybe have Wonder do longer cruises from Miami? Very unlikely...but we're talking about dreams!!

Don't know if this is completely correct or not but the D and F are too big for the Panama Canal. They will expand the PC but it will be a few years, so D and F are staying in Port Car.

EDIT: Or with what you have above...

Do LA, Catalina, Ensenada, @ sea, LA ( 4 nt)
Then: LA, Catalina, sea, LA (3 nt.) Very similar to the 3/4 Bahamas in FL. No MR since that didn't work out to well.

The 3 night would need to include a near foreign port. Can't just sail to US ports even on a closed-loop cruise.

Yep - there's a good reason many west coast cruises stop in Ensenada, Mexico!

I would love for DCL to adopt a current Princess itinerary for an Alaska cruise, which starts and ends in San Francisco, is 10 nights, and includes Glacier Bay. I know they can't sail Glacier Bay right now for whatever reason, but that is my dream cruise. As it is, I'm sure I will end up with Princess when the time comes to take that cruise, and I've heard it's pretty good, but I will miss the Mouse.

Glacier Bay is a National Park and they only allow three cruise ships per day in there because of the fragile eco-system. Since Holland America and Princess have been sailing there so long, they have a monopoly on the permits. I'm sure Disney would love to get the permits if they could. You're right about missing the mouse, but Glacier Bay is gorgeous.

New York (or better yet, Boston) to Bermuda. If they could make a stop at CC work without making it too long/too pricey, even better!

I also love the idea of an LA-Hawaii cruise, however not during the school year.

I went on it too..started in LA and returned to LA so a closed loop cruise which didn't need a "distant" foreign port, Ensenada was good enough.

But to start in LA and end in Hawaii...you need a distant foreign port.

I am bored with Castaway Cay after a half day but I would want a cruise that went to Japan and maybe Hong Kong...

My Dream Caribbean:

Day 1: Depart Florida
Day 2: Castaway Cay
Day 3-4: At Sea
Day 5: Dominica
Day 6: St Lucia (my favourite island!)
Day 7: Grenada
Day 8: Margarita Island, Venezuela
Day 9-10: At Sea
Day 11: San Juan
Day 12 At Sea
Day 13:Castaway Cay
Day 14: Return

Five days at sea, five cool and interesting island stops, two days on CC. Easy peasy!

Dream Hawaii Itinerary:

Day 1: Depart Vancouver
Day 2-6: At sea
Day 7-10: Stop at Maui, Hilo, Kona, Kauai
Day 11: End Honolulu (with Auluani add on option)

Dream Exotic:

Day 1: Depart Vancouver
Day 2: Inside passage
Day 3: Ketchikan
Day 4: Juneau
Day 5: Skagway
Day 6: Glacier Bay
Day 7: At Sea
Day 8: Seward
Day 9-13: At Sea
Day 14: Tokyo (with Tokyo Disney add on option)

But, hey, why would anyone want to do these when you could just circle endlessly around the same boring Caribbean and Mexican ports over and over, right Disney?

I could never actually afford to GO but since this is a dream anyway....I would love to see some Asian itineraries....we would love to visit more Disney Parks one day....and that would be the only way we'd ever get to visit Hong Kong or Tokyo....and I've heard that Singapore is fabulous....

I would love this itinerary! Tokyo Disney would be such a fun trip.
