We will be staying at Disney's BLT the night before cruise. What is the next days procedure?
What bus will we get, what time , do we get port boarding # then or later?

If you are taking DCL transfers, you will be notified what time/location to catch the bus on embarkation day in your room. You will also be directed to leave your checked luggage ready to go by 8:00 (usually) for pickup to be delivered to the ship.

Once you arrive at the port, you will receive you boarding number when you check in. Your boarding number is tied to you Port Arrival Time which you select during your online checkin process that you complete pre-trip.

Exactly as above. On your last full day at WDW, you will get an instruction sheet in your room. Your luggage will be taken from your room between 8 and 8:30--you need to have it tagged and ready to go. Keep your carry ons separate (they will go on the bus with you.)

You will go to the designated meeting point shortly before your bus pick up time. Bus time will be somewhere between 11:30 and 12:30; you'll be given an exact time. You will board the bus (names checked by CM) and be driven to the port. Off bus, thru security, and into terminal. You'll check in for the cruise and walk onto the ship. You won't need to worry about boarding cards--by this time they will be on open boarding. If, by some fluke, they are not on open boarding, you'll get your boarding number as part of the check in process.

I can't believe we just got our passports today DEC 24. We just applied DEC 10 and got them already

We stayed at BLT and then went on the Dream Dec 19-23 cruise. The above posters are correct. The night before we got a letter detailing the procedures.

1. Luggage pick-up is at 8:00 am in your room - not at the airline luggage drop-off at the CR. Just have them tagged with the Cruise Transfer Tags near your door. The luggage travels separately to the Dream. Your luggage will reappear outside your stateroom door between 2:00-5:00. If you didn't get your luggage picked up, you can bring it on the bus with you and Disney will take it on board for you when you get off the bus. That way you wont have your luggage while going through the check-in zoo!

2. The Disney Cruise Bus meeting place is the lobby of BLT and not the CR. The bus leaves at 11:00 and you should get there by 10:30 to check in with the greeter. We left at 10:55 since everyone checked in early. We also stopped at WL and BWV before leaving for Port Canaveral. We had a full bus. We arrived at PC at 12:45 and it was open boarding.

3. The greeter checks for a) Embark-Departure Form b) Cruise Contract c) Payment Authorization Form d) Onboard Airline Check-in Form if you qualify and e) Picture ID for those over 18. I forgot to print my online forms but the check-in agent was easily able to print the forms for me.
