Have they reverted back to the "old" website?
I switched over to the new website last week. I manually entered all my ADRs, so exhausting (NOT
 ). Last night at about 10pm est I went to the website and it was the old, user-friendly website and it's still there this morning! I wonder if the took the "new-and-improved" site down to work out the bugs (like not having any way of making a payment online  ).

Yes I went back to the old website. Stupid website. I was going to check in. Ugh. On the plus side I'm at 28 days and did my paper chain.

Well I'll be darned, I tried to refresh my open "My Disney Experience "page and got an error. Clicking the bookmarked page this time got me back to the old site. Looks like it isn't just you! I will say it is being buggy as it had before; any time I click on the "My Reservations" where it shows I have 2 room and several dining ones, it goes to an error page, and some are blank. This is certainly not better than the new site!
I had no problems with the new site except the Online Check-In kept giving an error, so I used a link someone else provided and it worked. I hope they get it back up and linked to the "My Disney Experience" phone app. The app was said to have been updated yesterday, but my phone offered no update for it, even an uninstall and reinstall was no change. We arrive on the 1st and it would be nice to have it all functioning from my phone! Quick update 10 minutes later: Funny, but with all the errors, I just shut down my browser (Chrome) and restarted it. The old website (still just this morning), but the log in was slightly different than I've ever seen, and it did go right to my reservations as it had NOT been doing with the old site. It seems like they have made some changes to the old site after all.

I hope they stay with the old site. I was able to consolidate all my parties ressies, which I could not before.

I think the new website would have been nice if it actually worked...I could see my DVC points reservation but it wouldn't retrieve my room-only AP reservation. I hope they fix it and try again!

I wish they would just leave the old one running until they get this new 'disney experience' running as it should. UGH!!!
I called in a payment the other day..which wasnt that bad. But def easier online. I was able to switch some times for reservations last night with the old site. I am glad it was back momentarily to do so. Good luck everyone...esp those leaving soon!  I have 60days so hopefully by then all is good and I can do it all lol |

Today I was directed to the My Disney Experience, and once again I tried to link my reservations ( two rooms/packages for a traveling party of 9 ) and once again it would not link the ressie for my sister. My sister's ressie was "unable to retrieve, please try later" yet I could "see" it for a second, then it would disppear duing the link attempt.
However this time when I was attemting to link it I got a download pop up where Disney was attemting to update my reservations. Then I got an error message saying download failed. Weird. So then I e-mailed Disney and they e-mailed back for me to call them so they could try to retrieve my reservations.

Yeah, I had the 'new' page on my home computer, and when I went on it this past weekend it went back to the old one.
