Old town San Juan...map? - The DIS Discussion Forums

Does DCL give any information about San Juan such as a walking map? As I'm packing, I just realized I don't have one and I haven't found anything online I like.

We're not going to do an excursion, just walk to the fort and around old town.

Although we were not on a cruise when we visited, we just picked up a map of the area in our hotel. One may be available by the dock or you can pick up one at some shop (usually have free tourist magazines/maps). Otherwise, the Old Town section is very easy to get around - imagine a grid system. It is really easy to walk around and not get lost. Recommend the promenade - walks on the outside of the wall for the city and some beautiful artwork throughout it. It runs toward the fort so you can see the fort from a different angle. Have Fun.
