Remy Champagne Brunch -- what's the first champagne?
We just had champagne brunch in Remy on the Dream -- fabulous, fantastic, splendid, etc etc etc. I highly recommend it, even if you're not an adventurous eater.
I have my menu, but the first (complimentary) champagne offering isn't listed and I was wondering what it was. Anyone know? The three that come with the pairing are Taittinger Prestige Cuvée Rosé NV, Pommery Gold '04 (In adorable little gold single-serving POP bottles), and Moët & Chandon Ice NV. Also, does anyone know the story behind the Pixar-themed Lasseter Winery bottles on display in Remy?

Glad to hear they have Lasseter wine! It's my fave. I will be going to remy for the first time next week. So if there is a "story" about them it'd be cool to know...

The CM tells you what the wine bottles mean on the art of the theme show tour. If I remember correctly, she said that Lesseter designed all of the wine labels on those bottles and the wine is from his vineyard. These wine bottles are not for sale and only out for display.
