Well i am disgusted with myself. I lost 21 lbs when dave passed away and iv put 16 back on! I suppose it was the wrong way to loose it but after christmas Im banging on WW doors. Iv cut out crisps and chocolate this week just to see how much I loose alone by doing that. Grrrrrr

Well call me shocked I lost another 3 pounds since I last popped in, I've just tried to keep close to my daily calorie intake and kept up with some exercising !! I've still enjoyed some chocolates and nibbles just kept it sensible, no fruit cake cheeses or stodgy puddings and avoided loads of biscuits and crisps . Hope you are well and sticking to your goals.
