I can't believe I'm saying this, but we just booked this one . We just spent 12 days at WDW over Thanksgiving, people are going to think I'm NUTS!!! I couldn't pass up the KSF! could you add us to the roll call?:

We're in a cat. 10B. We live in Friendswood, which is just about 30 minutes north of Galveston, so if anyone has Galveston questions, I'll be happy to help with answers. Since we pulled the kids out of school for three and a half days for WDW, we're going to try and keep them in as long as possible on Friday, and I'm making them head directly to school on Tuesday morning after we disembark! Anyone know how early we'll be able to get off the ship if we carry our own luggage? This is our first Disney cruise, although we have all sailed Carnival and Royal before (DH and I have cruised around 10 times, the kids have cruised twice). Can't wait to get to know everyone! --Katie

So glad y'all have joined us.
We don't think you are nuts. If you look at my track record in the last 12 months, I was in WDW for 11 days last December with my 2 kids, with my DH in May for 9 days and then a 7 day western caribbean on the Disney Fantasy and last a 8 day trip in September to celebrate the kids birthdays. Next year we will have the February Cozumel cruise, a September PC Repo on the Wonder with a few days at Disneyland and another December trip to WDW.
So if you are nuts, add me to your list!!!

Yes, some think of it on the same line as a Secret Santa, but it does not have to be secret.

There are several threads on the DIS about the FE's how to make them, no-sew and otherwise, and also a lot of thread on what people have received and what they have made.

It can be as little or as much as you or your budget allows, and is just a lot of fun. I have done it on each of the cruises I have been on and had a lot of fun making and receiving. If you have any other questions or need a direction on finding the links, let me know. A lot of them are on my computer and it would not take long to find them for you.

Heather and Katie,
I was reviewing our thread and noticed that in post #19 on page 2 I listed in detail complete with links information for the FE and gifts. . . anything you need to know.
So if you have not looked at that it might give you some information.
You two are about the only ones that I don't know if you are interested in joining the FE group or not.

You are doing fine. Since you have posted you are now a member of this thread and if you want to join our FE group all you have to do is tell me the parties in your stateroom and the stateroom #.
Mboeker has already expressed her interest in joining.
If the others in your group have not posted or are not able to post and want to join their information can be listed under your id. Like I have my ds and his wife under us on the rollcall. They are not members of the DIS so do not have a screenname.

Now we give you and mboeker a big and we look forward to getting to see you in 50 days!!!

I will have the absolute final list on the cutoff date which will probably be New Year's Day since it is usually a month before sailing. If anyone wants to join after the cutoff it wil be up to each individual whether or not they add them or not. That is usually enough time to get done what you want and get everything ready to go. The only one I do not know if they want to be included is jenerra11 and family.

If the families you are cruising with have DisNames, just have them log into our thread and we can add them with their family information.
If they are not members of the Dis and want to join the fun you can add their information under you like I did on mine for my DS and his wife and a couple of others that have additions staterooms.

If you have any other questions about this or anything else, please ask away.

We have not decided on a time and place for a possible meet. A lot of groups do one before the drill in one of the lounges. What is everyone's opinion?
