Worried about food aboard Disney Dream...

We are scheduled to be on the Disney Dream May 9-12, 2013. I have been dying to have a romantic dinner/night for two just my boyfriend and I and was looking very forward to that on the ship at Palo. However, I have got to be one of the pickiest eaters. I got to reading the menu and found that there was really NOTHING in that restaurant I would probably eat! I also read the entire menu at Remy and found the same problem. I am completely heart broken. So it got me even more worried and I went over all the other menu's. More of nothing I would eat. Honestly, a lot of the food is just to fancy. (I know that probably sounds odd.) Can anyone ease my mind? I mean, Palo is supposed to be Italian but no simple things like chicken alfredo? And everything else is either Veal, sea food, lamb.....I don't eat any of these. Any help?
