Last Minute Christmas Week Suggestions?

My family randomly decided to go to Disney for Christmas week (we will be there from 12/19 to 12/27) and of course it seems as if all of the good reservations are taken! Any off the beaten path suggestions that might still be free? Complicating the situation is that we are traveling with my 7 month old, so we can't really eat very late. I'd say 6pm at the latest. Also, my parents are not adventurous eaters, so places like Sanaa are out.

So far the only reservation I have made is for Christmas Dinner at Raglan Road.. I have never actually eaten there (just drank ) but have high hopes based on reviews. Any help would be appreciated!

Making last minute ADRs for a busy period like Christmas is hard. So you have my sympathies. I wouldn't even try for a specific place or time. Try this.
1. Go to the WDW Disney main page, hover over the Where to Eat tab and click on Make a Dining Reservation

2. Select "Restaurant" but leave the location or restaurant name blank

3. Select the date you want the ADR, and under "time" go to the very top of the drop down tab and select "dinner" (NOT a specific time)

4. Enter the party size (you have to include the baby, since it's a fire code/table size issue)

5. Click on "Search for a Table". It may take a minute, but eventually you will get a list of all of the restaurants that still have available ADRs from 4pm (ish) to late evening.

6.Select the restaurant that is closest to where you will be at dinner time on t hat day that has a time that you can live with. I did this for Dec 20, guessing at a party size of 5 and got a list of 59 restaurants. A lot of the times are later than you would like, but there are still a few early (ish) ones left.

I would do as Minnie Mum suggests and keep trying at different times of the day. People may refine their plans and change last minute. When at WDW, still check the night before or first thing in the morning. Sometimes openings will arise.

I would stalk reservations every day on the Disneyworld.com dining site. People cancel reservations you may get lucky. Also I believe there is a December 2012 ADR cancellation thread here on the DIS check that out.

Raglan road is great. I would suggest the Turf Club at Saratoga Springs and Olivia's at Old Key West. Both have good food that isn't overly adventurous.

I just did a random search for Lunch on Christmas Day and these are the choices that came up It seems there is nothing at MK but a few choices in EPCOT, Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios, as well as the resorts. We minnie mum said, just search for the day you're looking at and if you want breakfast/lunch or dinner and see what you can get You can also book it and change it. You have to cancel 24 hours before, especially if it has a credit card confirmation as you'll be charged a $10 per person no show fee if you just don't go to the reservation

We made our Christmas week vacation plans last week and I was able to score reservations at California Grill, O'hana, and Le Cellier. So, just keep checking EVERY day! I check about 5 times a day. But, if you are looking for good places to make some reservations at I had a friend who went to The Wave at the Contemporary Resort and said WONDERFUL things about it. They seem to always have reservations available. Also, I have heard good things about Boatwright’s. I have heard the food is fantastic.
