Quick question - bounceback offers
Are the Bounceback Offers the same no matter what resort you are in? For example, if I'm staying at Pop in December, would my potential BB offer be the same as what the deluxes are offering?

This is a super good question, though! I figure that if you in a value, they may offer BB that feature a QS dining plan or something more geared towards traditional value-customers, then do another BB geared toward Deluxe folks. That may be tee-totally incorrect, though. Looking forward to learning more on this. |

I think they are the same, although the cards may be slightly different so that the card you have may focus more on the discount for your particular level of hotel- the other levels might be in finer print or you might not be given that info until you ask when you call. If you don't get a card in the room dial extension 8844 from your room phone and they can tell you what is available.
FYI- Last Sunday a new room discount bounceback became available with dates through the end of December 2013. I can't give you the exact dates, because that was our deparature day, so I got it by calling the extension instead of actually having a card in the room. I had called the day before, and the only bounceback was for a two week period, and they told me to be sure to call the next day, because something might come out as that one was ending that day, and sure enough it did. The dates on the new one seemed a little more restrictive than in past years when she was giving them to me on the phone as some of our usual times were not included- and where in past years we were given the bounceback rate for our entire trip as long as our check in date was a bounce back date- this offer was date specific. There was one week we looked at, that we only would have got the discount for arrival day and would have had to pay full price the rest of the week, and one it was only good for the first 1/2 of our week. |

Thanks...this is helpful! I am basically deciding whether or not to renew my AP before my late December trip. I would need the Bounceback Offer to include 3 or 4 days in early June, but I don't know if I can risk it and might end up renewing my pass as a sort of insurance policy for a good discount since we will need 2 possibly deluxe rooms for a June trip!
It doesn't sound like I can 100% count on a BB offer at Pop to give me what I need for June. |

It kind of sucks that they email the bounceback offers now.... we didn't see the email until we were already home from our trip. And our dates for next year were included.

But I'm not sure if the bounceback works the same way. ETA: I think this answers your question. ![]() Quote:
