South Carolina Dining Suggestions - The DIS Discussion Forums

Looking for some suggestions for good places to eat along I-95 in South Carolina. We drive down to Orlando from Virginia every trip and attempt to try different places to eat along the way. Usually around the time we are going through South Carolina we are ready for some lunch. Any suggestions?

Thunderbird inn has a nice buffet. Don't remember the exit but they are in Florence and there are signs all over. There are also a couple golden corrals in the mid to northern area of SC just off I95. Walterboro also has a ton of restaurants.

If your a NASCAR fan. Stop by the Darlington Race Way (about 10 mins off I-95). There are some small dinners at the track ( backside of track between turns 4 and 5). There's even a little NASCAR hall of fame.

Any idea what end of South Carolina we're talking? I went to a BBQ buffet place off X21 that had great food.
