I got one at ABC Commissary. They weren't on the main menu - there was a little card at the cashier that mentioned they were available. It would be easy to miss if you weren't looking.

Saw them last night at the carts on Streets of America during Osborne lights.

just got back from a 9 day trip - I actually had two of these during my stay. I got one from Pizza Planet and one from backlot express quick services. They also had it at starring rolls. Come to think of it, almost all of the counter services at Hollywood studios seemed to have this cupcake

The Polynesian has a gingerbread cupcake as well, but it has a little gingerbread man on top instead of the Mickey santa ears.

Back Lot Express (last week) They were on display at the cash registers, not on the menu. They did allow the $4.99 cupcake as a dessert with a quick serve meal.
Also saw it 2 days ago at Starring Rolls (in the display case at the registers). Super Yummy!

Ate then twice last week in Capt Cooks in the Poly. They were really good! The little gingerbread man on top was really hard to eat though. LOL
