Aquaduck Clarification Needed

Hi All,

I have looked at a lot of posts on this matter and would like clarification. Perhaps an experienced cruiser can help.

Per DCL Site about Aquaduck:
It was designed for adults and children at least 42" or taller. Single riders must be at least 54" or taller. Children under 7 must ride with someone 14 years of age or older, provided the child is at least 42" tall.

We will have two 8 year olds approximately 44" tall.

The way I read the height restrictions, they will be able to ride together on a raft, but neither will be able to ride alone unless with someone 54"+. Is this correct?

I hope I am reading this correctly as they will be crushed if they can't ride together!

Thanks in advance for any help...

Yes, they can, but they can't take anyone younger than 7 as a second rider.

Yes, when my kids were 7 and 9 they rode together in a raft. As long as both kids in the raft are age 7 or older, they can ride together. So your two 8 year olds should be fine to ride together. They can't ride alone until they are 54" though.

Just off the Fantasy, if the child was under the height limit. They placed a blue band on their wrist.

THANK YOU FOR THIS CLARIFICATION!!! I thought it meant that if they weren't 54" they had to ride with DH or I. All 3 of my girls are over the minimum, but not 54", so I thought they had to ride with one of us, leaving one on the sidelines each time...

Wait. only one of my kids is over 7. MY middle will be 2 months shy of 7. How firm are they on that age? Will they ask about my 6 and 8 year old riding together (they look the same age. My 6 year old is big for her age)
