Does anyone know of a good updated website to research restaurants, gas stations, rest areas along I-95. We are traveling from NJ and will need to take several rest breaks for our dog to run around, find waffle houses and gas stations right off I-95 and not have to travel miles off track to fill up.

You'll have no trouble finding gas stations right at exits all along I-95. I use GasBuddy to see where the prices are the lowest (usually low in South Carolina - it was under $3 two weekends ago when I was down there). The state welcome centers at the beginning of each state have areas to walk dogs.
