I'd like to sail from NYC, but would hope for more ports. Sadly, our one NCL ( boo, yuck) cruise spoiled us on a better itinerary on the Canada/New England cruises.
Interesting comment on NCL We had the same reaction to them when we cruised in Hawaii

Loved our cruise ports, but once on NCL was enough and this was BEFORE I cruised DCL. Couldn't give me one of their cruises. :0

It's possible that Alaska will sell out but I feel strong that DCL will return when the rest of the 2014 dates are released. Alaska is such a beautiful crusing locations and one of the few locations I would over and over again.

From everything I have heard the Baltic Cruises didn't sell well and weren't popular and that they will probably never happen again. They were pricey due to port fees, partially and the excursions were higher priced than even the med.

I've heard the same, but I'm still hoping. It's the only itinerary being bandied about that would make me jump to book.

I would hate to see Alaska go. It's the only chance for us left coasters to cruise Disney without the long flights. I was really hoping to book a repositioning cruise on the west coast next spring, but I guess I'll have to keep waiting.
I am hoping they return to NYC - I would think the itinerary is more profitable for them as they were high demand.
Do they pay port fees for PC or CC? ( my initial thought is no) - so it would only be NY and Nassau per 8 night sailing - as opposed to however much/many ports they have to pay for on a European sailing... (Plus that influx of extra cash into the parks on WDW day)
Just musing....
