You have decades for your kids to enjoy trips to Disney, and you just got back from a trip with them. I'm saying this with all the kindness and pixie dust in my heart....get over it! Let go of the guilt and ENJOY yourselves! You will LOVE it there without kids!
Mine are adults now, but I've been doing 2 weekends a year without my entire family for years now, just going with girl friends or cousins, or just me and DH when he can pull himself away from work more than once a year. It's AWESOME when it's geared for just you and your DH! Please believe me, you won't regret it, and you will coming home thinking  when can we do this again?!Have a great time!
