No, I did not. With limited time on here, I pick and choose very carefully what I read. Must have been interesting...

"Tacky" makes me think of a poster that used to be on here years ago named Totallia (or something like that) she had a roaring dragon in her avatar. Anyway, she used to go bat-crap crazy whenever someone used that word A few that I despise are..."preggers", "kiddos" "+1" "" "this"

It's not a word but two - must/should/would/could/had of. It should be have, not of. I can only think people say that because the contraction sounds like 'ov' and I understand that, but it still bugs me, more so when it is written as of instead of have But if that's my only worry in life then I think I'm doing pretty well

Oh, and I hate it when my daughter replies 'whatever' to something I say to her that she doesn't agree with

I agree with you 100%! I am sorry because I am sure to offend someone here but i think a little less of people who do this. There, I said it.

So called cutesy spellings:

Ressie
Souvie

Seriously? They aren't cute, they are dumb. Is it that hard to actually spell out words?

Please add sammie to the above list.

Also I just named my dog Snowflake. Based on this thread no Snowflake stories for the Dis no matter how cute!

YES!! What I totally don't understand is when there is a HUGE space, so you have to scroll down, and then there is no text at all, just the eating popcorn smiley. I have seen that many times. What's the point of the huge space?

Ok, I just tried it. I didn't make the space as long as other posters do. It's more like this:

I'm not trying to be obnoxious, just trying to illustrate my point.

"Snowflake"
"Bullying"

Some abbreviations bother me, I don't really know why - "KWIM", "IIRC", "IMHO". Really, you should not include the "H" in "IMHO" if you're going to lecture someone.

I hate words like yummy, tummy and mommy. No adult should ever use the words mommy and tummy when speaking with other adults.
