But anyway, OP, I have another possibility for you. Have you looked into the Anaheim Marriott? It is near the convention center. They have a Disney package that includes a $100 Disney gc each night. Now, the catch is that the rooms in that promotion are almost double the usual rate, running at about $239/night, but it does include free parking and shuttle to DL. I happen to have points for Marriott hotels so it's a great deal for me.

Just thought I'd mention this.
Can I book this as a good neighbor hotel with disney. I did the HEB deal so I have $4500 in Disney gift cards - I saved $750 so I only paid $3750! I was going to do Sheraton Park through disney. It doesn't come with the free meal like Costco but I figured the $750 savings was better!

Oh, wow! What's the HEB deal? Sounds like you have plenty of Disney GCs, LOL.

I doubt you could do the Marriott package through Disney, and you already have plenty of GCs so you're probably better off with what you have.

Of course, you COULD use the gc's for a Disney hotel!

HEB is a grocery store that occasionally offers a $300 gift card for $250! It ended this Tuesday, but last Friday I took the money for hotel and park tickets and went to buy 15 gift cards! It was a 16.777% discount so I thought that combined with the senior discount would have been awesome! I just can't justify paying more than a $100 per night more for each room. I was going to pay around $209 per night for GVC, and the senior discount would have made PPH reasonable. Oh well, we are still going. Sheraton Park will be nice and if they do come out with a discount, I will switch switch switch.
