Try to get it excused, and if not, oh well you'll have some unexcused absences.
Same thing here. And I usually get unexcused absences anyways except for the fact that I will be gone for a whole week, and it happens to be the week before Christmas break...

Hmmm.....

When my sister, brother and I go (all of us are in school) we get an Administrative Absence so it doesn't count as unexcused! On the form we put it is a learning experience since we "get to explore the different cultures in Epcot" and things like that are educational! Hope everything works out for ya!

My school doesn't ask why you are absent, your parent just has to excuse you.

We're going 1/25 to 2/2, only missing you by a few days.

At my school we have to fill out a pre-planed absence form signed by all of your teachers and a parent. Which I always specify that I am going to Disney World. Then you can get your work that you are missing before or after your trip.

Hello. I am a freshman in highschool and I took a nine day vacation to disney in october. No vacation days are ever excused in our school. I missed 7 school days. Our limit is 14 so hopefully I do not get sick and miss anymore then I am allowed but having, or not having the trip excused really isnt that big of a deal.
