TA is not responding email. Should I just call Disney directly?

You can! They should be able to tell if there is an OBC attached to your reservation and for how much!

You can try, depends on the CM. Sometimes they will direct you to your TA for all questions.

I called DCL a week before to verify two OBC's and they were happy to verify the were on our reservation, you can do the same. BTW we had a TA but only DCL can verify.

I just did ths last night but they wouldn't tell me how much the OBC was. I was having a hard time getting the information from my TA because I had overpaid and then they did the kids sail free I wanted the difference to go to OBC the CM was helpful in answering my questions but couldn't say anything about the OBC apparently because it was in my TA's name?

This is true. But like I said it depends on the CM. You can always call again but just be aware some CMs stick real close to the rules.

Unfortunately I find with Disney that if you don't like the answer you get hang up and call again,the rules evidently are not company wide it does depend on the CM.

This is at WDW too.And also unfortunately there are times when I am asking certain questions and the CM offers some info that is so wrong it is not funny.
