But I think having a hopper option is important in the summer. It makes it easier to go into one park early, go back to room and then go into a late closing park for the evening.

water, lots and lots of it-makes for many bathroom stops-just as well there are plenty!
sunscreen, keep it topped up.
rest and take cover if necessary during the hottest midway, early afternoon hours.
make use of ac in restaurants, shops and rides.
a good, strong antiperspirant

My avatar is from Dumbo at 2:00 or 3:00 in morning. My kids made me wait to be the last person on the ride before close. It was obviously an EMH night.

we've only lasted once to 2.45am, i love the fact your kids made you wait to be the last one. fab!
