Wow, I may be in the minority, but I vote for R&C. We found the Biergarten to just be way too crowded and busy. We also get a little creeped out sitting with strangers - my husband and I ordered beer with dinner and our table mates did not drink. It just felt a little odd. The food was delicious, but trying to get it at a crowded buffet with a then 8 year old was just not fun. I normally like buffets, but that one just ended up feeling stressful for us for some reason. We ate at R and C the same trip and liked it enough to go back this trip (in 11 days!).

I have never been to Biergarten but have always heard great things.
We really like the Rose & Crown. It is right up our alley of homestyle food. We also like Liberty Tree for this reason. Love the iced tea at Rose & Crown. Good Luck with your decision!

Yes, kids are allowed in the pub side however seating is first come first served and it's very difficult to get a seat there. Very small and always busy. |

We too, could not decide between the two, and when I made ADR's yesterday, I just did both! We will probably pay OOP for R&C. We wanted each for different reasons. We wanted Biergarten for the show and atmosphere, and the good value on the dining plan - plus DH loves bufffets, and we wanted R&C for the view of Illuminations. In the end, we just could not decide which we wanted more, so we just did both! I am a little nervous though, because our Biergarten one is on our arrival day, but our plane lands at 11:30am, and the ressie is at 6:30pm, so I think we will be safe - ha! Good luck in your decision!

Okay, I think we've decided:
Biergarten! I just hope we don't end up sitting next to a group of people who thinking bathing is a once-a-year event and so on...and hopefully whoever sits next to us doesn't mind the geeky weird introverts... |
