BOG Kiosk Question

From what I understand, the BOG lunch ordering is done via kiosk. I don't have a problem with this as I am used to all kinds of electronic things. My question is, are the menu items "customizable" using the kiosks? I want to try out this restaurant on my January trip, but would hate to get up to the kiosk and find that I cannot request "no mustard" on my turkey sandwich!

Any info to help this picky eater out would be welcome!

You don't have to use the electronic ordering. We ordered with a CM. I actually never saw the self ordering kiosk but we were there during a soft opening and they might not have been set up yet. I am very picky too! I always order at the register at Contempo because I have 'special requests'! LOL

When we ordered, we both got dishes that had a salad on the side. A screen popped up asking us if we wanted dressing on the side or tossed into the salad, so I know there is that option. Perhaps there are others as well. I wish there had been a choice of kinds of dressing, as neither one of us liked it - too bitter.

There were options on the screen for leaving things off or on the side. There is even an allergy option on the screen.
