PAP Discount Question
My family of four is heading to the world in Feb 2013 and again in Jan 2014. My brother and his family will be joining us in Jan 14. I see that the PAP offered on discount has to be activated before 12/31/13 but is there anyway we can activate their PAPs for them when we go in February or do they physically have to be present in Florida before 12/31/13? They are listed as owners on the DVC account so that part of it won't be an issue. Thanks.

They would have to be there in person to get it activated. Sorry.
