Hi! All of your wedding plans sound amazing! I am a Seminole though so my garter will be garnet and gold
Your proposal story is very sweet. I love mine too and it always puts a smile on my face to tell it, it sounds like it's the same for you! I reeeally like your color pallette. I think it really fits the Boardwalk area and the MINT dresses! Ah, I love them. lol You have great taste and to be budget conscious too is amazing. Can't wait to follow along with your plans. You're only getting married like a month before us!

Groomsmen Ties/ Officiant/ Mickey Ears
We finally got our wedding planner today!
![]() Her name is Amy, and her assistant's name is Jessica -- I didn't catch their last names. Amy seems sweet though. In other news, I found groomsmen ties! Surprisingly, they match the bridesmaid dresses just right. Now we just have to decide if we want the groomsmen in grey or black suits. I'm leaning toward grey. Here's a picture: ![]() I bought a mickey top hat and minnie bride headband on eBay this morning. They came together, and DF wants a baseball cap with ears, so I'll probably end up reselling the top hat. I also booked Rev. Knox for the ceremony! I think that's all I have for now!

I like the tie, what a great color! It's definitely best to get things for the wedding as you see them

Cake Design/ DIY Flowers/ Music
I looked through the cakes that my WP sent with the planning kit, and I don't think any of them really fit what we're looking for. They're all beautiful, but they're very big and don't fit the simple designs I'd like to see at the reception.
Do you think the Disney bakery would make something smaller like one of these? These are my favorite so far: 1. ![]() 2. ![]() 3. ![]() Which do you like best? We're undecided... ![]() Keeping with the planning kit theme, I picked out our music! I want to have a guitarist at the ceremony, so hopefully we can just have an acoustic version of all of these songs without lyrics. Prelude/Guest Seating: Married Life -- Up; A Whole New World -- Aladdin; Tale as Old as Time -- Beauty and the Beast; When You Wish Upon a Star; A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes Parents: You'll be in My Heart -- Tarzan Officiant/Groom/Groomsmen- The Medallion Calls -- Pirates Bridesmaids: So This is Love -- Cinderella Bride: I see the light -- Tangled Recessional: When will my life begin -- Tangled; Hawaiian Roller coaster Ride -- Lilo and Stitch (Lilo and stitch is one of my favorites )I hope my having acoustic versions of the music, I'll get the disney touches that I want, but keep the romantic feel. Lastly, I decided to make flowers for the groomsmen boutonnieres. I couldn't find the color I wanted, and if I could they wanted wayyy too much money for a fabric flower. I'm also going to use these flowers for the bridesmaid's clutches. I think they turned out well! They might look a little darker in the picture than they really are. |

I'm pretty sure Disney's bakery can make whatever you want! Seriously, I have seen them make some unbelievable cakes! My favorite is no. 3 although I wonder what it would look like if the middle tier was plain? I think that design looks great in that color. The flowers are so cute! Every time I take a picture of our flowers they look darker than they are

Your cake #3 was a reference that I gave them for my cake. I asked for it to be square and I gave them the pattern (it was also used on our stationery) as well as paint swatches for the color. Here it is!
