There are tons if threads about park bags on the DIS. - Try searching purse or park bag. Most of them suggest baggalini bags- the messenger is a favorite- and you can buy them at a great discount at stores like TJ Maxx or Marshall's. other faves are ebags.com's piazza day bag, vera bradley hipsters, or the overland donner bag. I ended up finding a Swiss army (swiss gear) mini messenger cross body bag that worked perfectly for me at Target - travel/luggage section - for less than $20.
I think your choice will depend on how much you carry with you. Park bag choices vary as much as touring styles and preferred park shoes. What do you plan on taking with you? Some people are good with just a wristlets, others prefer full back packs. Some carry digital slr cameras with additional lenses, others just a point and shoot camera, and others yet just use their phones as cameras. Some people always carry a poncho to the parks, just in case. For me, I wanted everything I carried to be organized. I looked for a bag with many pockets, a place to keep my kttw card easily accessible but yet still secure. I also wanted easy and secure access to my park map and notes for the day. And most important, an hardest to accommodate, I wanted to be able to comfortably carry a water bottle all day as a lefty, which was so hard since I carry a bag the opposite direction that most people do. I also wanted to make sure that my bag was small enough to stow with me on all rides, or to even keep in while on a ride. I put in a TON of research and happened to stumble upon the perfect bag for me.

I didn't carry drinks or anything heavy; I used a baggalini Sicily for the last three trips I've had. LOVED it!
I'd recommend baggalini or sherpani; I've looked at both myself. I like to travel very light, though!

The Fossil Keyper is tres cute! However, for WDW I prefer a cross body bag. I really don't want to keep an arm or a hand occupied with a purse for a long day in the parks.

I like a cross body bag. This one has been my favorite for the past 3 trips. It holds everything I need and I love the area where I can put my water bottle.
Well the link isn't working but it's from ebags.com and it's the piazza day bag. I often forget I have it on since it's so light unless I have it loaded with stuff for some reason. I used a small wristlet type bag a couple of evenings but found that it got real annoying and in my way when I wanted to take pictures. |

I used a 31 gifts crossbody bag, it worked great! I also bought a Disney Drawstring bag when I was down there, and had a Mini vera bradley backback also! I switched off every day or so. I'm fickle!

Based on some posts on this board I bought the ebags Piazza bag in the link below. I really like cross body bags when I am at an amusement park. Haven't used it at Disney yet but did use it for Sea World, trips to the zoo, etc. Not the most attractive bag but I love all of the different pockets. Really keeps things organized so I don't feel like I am having to dig around for what I am looking for.

We have a baggalini cross body bag that we bought in 2007 for our first Disney trip. We used it for that trip and for our trip in 2010 and will use it again next year. Its a remarkabley well made bag that holds alot without looking or feeling huge.. we loved it

I used a Thirty-One Retro Metro Bag in my basket of my scooter to carry trading pins, tissues etc.
My grab wallet was the Thirty-One Timeless Wristlet for hitting the rides and DH carried/put over back of scooter chair the Thirty-One Hostess Exclusive Organizing Pack Shoulder Bag for the camera and lenses. They worked out perfectly! Plus I got them all in matching fabrics so they were easy to keep track of.

For my upcoming trip I bought 2 Dooney & Bourke purses for the parks.
Dillen II Crossbody Satchel - very roomy but lightweight and not bulky, fits nicely, strap is adjustable, used it at the mall a few times and I'm loving it. I got the Plum color and receive many compliments on it, perfect jewel-tone color for fall and winter. North/South Triple Zip - I got the khaki color and I love it. It is perfect with 3 front zippers to hold park tickets, id, money, phone, etc with easy access. I love this bag but the main compartment is very flat. Perfect if you are a minimalist. I am worried I may want a place to store my camera, which is very bulky. I'm taking both bags with me. I'll decide each day which one I want to take. |

I bought mine online for about 50 but she found hers on ebay for cheaper. Plus, it has two pockets, so I designated the larger (deeper) pocket for phone/wallet/bandaids/stuff I wouldn't be digging out as much, and the smaller front pocket as the "Easy Access" part. Hope you have a great vacation! |

I use Vera in the parks. On our last trip I tried the Rachel--liked it better than the mini hipster, which I love.

I love the Vera Bradley Hipster for the parks. It is extremely lightweight, and when you get home, you can empty it and toss it in the washing machine. This trip, since we no longer had a stroller to toss things in, I wanted a little bigger bag and I got the Vera Bradley Mailbag. It was terrific for the parks. Since you aren't traveling with kids, even the mini-hipster may be big enough for your needs, but it is pretty small.

I use the Healthy Back Bag. It has tons of pockets inside and out and it's not as bulky as a regular backpack. You can wear it crossbody or over the shoulder.
Edited to add: The other reasons I love this bag are 1) machine washable (depending on which fabric) and 2) I bought it in black so my husband can carry it half the time because sometimes I get a little tired of always being the one schlepping around the bags They sell them at LLBean, Zappos, and Amazon.
