JetBlue notifications...Grrrrrrr...

I'm a JetBlue TrueBlue member and always receive all promotional notifications by email but I never receive the email letting me know when the new booking window opens. For a year now I've been trying to figure out why I don't get this vital email. Couldn't get an answer from JetBlue. Finally, a TrueBlue Rep told me today that I don't get it because I have a Canadian mailing address. Only TrueBlue members with a US mailing address receive this specific email. Can you guess I'm a little ticked off?
