Do you have alot of leftovers after your Thanksgiving meal? Do you send all of your guests home with a plate of leftovers? Will you have alot of leftovers, and what is your most favorite leftover from your meal that you will look forward to?

I try to remember to give leftovers to family. Some cook a turkey on the weekend, so don't need the leftovers. One brother, in particular wants whatever I'll give him! I cook 2 20 lb turkeys for 23 people, so we will have leftovers. DH & I enjoy eating turkey for the rest of the weekend.

I make extra of everything so we can all have leftovers. Especially for DS26. He doesn't live at home so whenever he comes over I load him up with food to take with him.

We always make lots, and send leftovers home with anyone who wants them. We also make up "plates" for elderly relatives who might not have been able to make it over for dinner, or family members who might have had to work.
My personal favorite way to eat the leftovers is the world famous Pilgrim's Sandwich - turkey, stuffing, mayo, and cranberry sauce on a leftover roll - or good bread, if no rolls are left. That will be my lunch at work on Black Friday.

Cooking for 21 for the first time this year. Usually it's just 7 or 8 of us.
Hope we HAVE leftovers! Happy Thanksgiving, everyone. |

I miss Friends so much! ![]() Yes, I send leftovers home with family. I am making way too much turkey and am happy to give some away. Will also send a platter to an older couple that aren't having turkey for thanksgiving. Most prized leftovers is without a doubt stuffing !!

Regardless of where we eat that day, I have always cooked a turkey and dressing for "leftovers ". We love hot turkey sandwiches. Mix up some turkey mayo ans a little poultry seasoning. Put sandwiches together and place in a baking pan. Mix some egg and milk and pour over the sandwiches. Bake until golden brown. Yummy. My grown kids will be at the house Thursday night wanting one!

I will be sending lots of leftovers home with DS who is in college. He is only staying for the day because he has to work on weekend, so he will love the leftovers. I am the only one in the family who loves the leftovers. The other tolerate them. To me they are better than the main meal!
