Beach Club 1st timer -- What room requests? - The DIS Discussion Forums

Are there any special room requests we should make for our stay at the Beach Club? We will be staying in a studio for 5 nights in May. We will have a stroller for younger DS. I think we will probably go to the pool a few times and lunch at Beaches and Cream.

Not much to request at Beach Club in terms of a view. We generally request a room near the elevators. That keeps you near the major amenities offered by the Beach club.

We requested high floor, pool view and got just that. We even ended up nearish to the elevator!

We were there in Oct. and had a 1BR on the 3rd floor(372) and it was near a set of elevators and there was a nice view of the canal and quiet pool. I don't know if there are studios on that floor.

Is there generally a timeframe to make these requests? 10 days out call when you do online checkin or can you make them at any time?
