After weeks of passing around colds we have all been feeling great this week, now my DD is not feeling good again. At least its this week and not next week. 5 days!

Holy crap! 1 MORE DAY!

My wife has laundry pretty much done and is packing today. DD2 is going to spend the night at my mom's so we can finish things up tomorrow while DD1 is in school. I need to make a stop at the bank for quarters and pennies and stop at the grocery store for bread since we seem to have forgotten that.

I may need a sedative tonight to sleep.

Mildly concerned about the crowd levels and no idea how to prep for the weather. I know that we may wind up in the Ursula building despite the request not to and won't be able to change if we do wind up there since AoA is sold out. Anyone know if the humidity has made it feel warm and sticky or is it nice during the day? It's a good thing we're driving because we're packing for warm and cold.

Gotta let that stuff go and just have fun and roll with whatever comes about. Getting into the new stuff would be great but it's not going to wreck the trip if I can't. This is all about the kids and making sure THEY have a great time and a wonderful memory.

We loved just squealing when we saw one and picking out our favourite from each machine... we brought 30 coins worth of change and it was NOT enough! :3

We usually just hit them as we find them...but I have to say that I do like those maps! My son would just love that! Thanks for sharing! Have a magical trip!!!

Woohoo for technology!

I was looking at a bunch of files that I wanted to bring along with me on the trip and was thinking about printing them and then realized, wait a minute, I can save these onto my iPhone and have them electronically.

No need to waste all of that paper and toner. I've got our confirmations, our schedule, hours the park is open and the map of the coin machines all on my phone. That can also easily be accessed through my iPad, although I won't be bringing that to the park.

I haven't posted much on this thread, but I'm so excited I'm leaving in two days!

I just checked the weather and it seems to be similar to what it is here-cold in the morning and evening, and perfect in the afternoon.

My husband and I just packed our bags and are taking a little breather before we start with the kids' clothes. We decided to just skip the shorts all together and pack jeans/pants so we don't have to change, but we're bringing layers of thin long sleeved tops, sweaters, and jackets.

Tomorrow, we'll pack up all the electronics and toiletries that we don't need for Saturday morning. I also need to go through and decide what paperwork to take, if any. I think I can find most everything on my phone.
