Sideways cabin pics?

On our first cryise, we were on floor 1, catagory 9. The room had a split bath, it was okay, both spaces being rather small. Our next cruise (in 2 months) will be a horizontal cabin, catagory 11 on deck 6. I have been trying to locate pics of the room and bathroom, without much luck. Anyone have one? Also, since this is an 8 night cruise, how will dinner attire change? Will there be 2 semi formal nights or still just one formal and one semi? Thanks!

I was in a sideways cabin this year. Loved it! Stupidly I forgot to take any pics, but the layout seems to be so much more spacious.

You might also try cruisedeckplans(.)com - removing the parentheses, of course.

Not sure why you typed out the website the way you did but please remember that any website must have their full URL typed to see if it passes the board filter.

This website does and it has been posted and linked to several times in the past with no problem.

To everyone...please do not try any creative typing to get around the board filter or it may result in an infraction. Let the board filter do its job.

Thanks.

No pics, but we loved a sideways cabin. It is not bigger than the standard inside cabin, but the layout seemed better. The big thing is that you entered into the livingroom, not the bedroom section, and the bath was to the right as you entered, bedroom to the left. I don't know if they are all this way, but that's what ours was.

You can find out the planned dining attire for your cruise by calling DCL. On 11 and 14 nights, we had 3 "dressy" nights. Sometimes it was 2 formal, 1 semi, other times it was 2 semi and one formal. Reality, they are the same in my mind as I do a cocktail type dress for both. DD likes to wear her dressiest outfit on formal.

Just off the Wonder and had sideways cabin 6019. The layout was wonderful! It was only DH and I this time, no kids and we had more room than we needed. It was right by the stairs in the front of the ship, which let out on deck 9 to both the spa (that we showered/worked out in) and the adult pool/Quiet Cove cafe. Seriously we only saw children during the day when we went to lunch The only problem was that this room was also right next to a crew cabin and starting at 7 am the door opened and closed every 2-3 minutes, plus banging and clanging....if you sleep past 7am you would HATE this! It also did seem that we could hear EVERYTHING in the hall- but the room itself was quiet. The last trip the room was really loud, creaking engine noise, etc...but we never heard a peep in the hall. I'm thinking it has to do with not having the buffer of a hall way between the bed and the hall.
