Good call on that one. The difference between the cheapest value and CSR is $213 with regular dining added. I think that is well worth the money so that I can sleep soundly and not be crumpled up on a little toy bed for the entire vacation.

How many nights are you staying? If you go for the moderate, definitely make sure to pick a resort with queen size beds so CSR, POR or POFQ, not CBR. (Can't remember the last time I stayed in a room that didn't have at least a queen bed?!)

Most likely it is code for "We are going to Walt Disney World and are booked on the Stay Plan and Dine special"

We are trying to make the same decision

We are going in Aug 2013 with free dining. It would cost an additional 425 to stay at a moderate instead of value (both with the reg DP) for 12 nights. Like you, we spend very little time at the resort, but have never been to a moderate. DH is NYPD and had to work 2 weeks at 12 hours/day due to Hurricane Sandy, so we may use part of that OT pay to upgrade (and the rest to pay bills..like the roof repair, etc )
