quick drive by....Megan just woke up, so going to get started painting in a bit!

game change.....paint guy told me a gallon would cover 10 x 10 room...wrong...still have the one long wall to go, so going to paint that one a dark teal to accent the apple green...

hitting the shower, back to lowes, drop off a few things to goodwill and picking up dinner.

if I have any energy might start laundry.

UGH Lisa! We ran into that when we stained the house. We ended up doing triple what they recommended.

Dinner is made and I'm hitting the tub. My back and legs are killing me. I guess I need a new chair at the scrap table.

Sound like everyone has been busy this weekend. I was supposed to be off this weekend, but with the manager change that got all messed up. I did work better shifts, though, so that made me happy. I like getting home earlier in the day. Today I worked 6 am to 3 p.m.!!! Normally on a Sunday I work 10:30-7 so this is much better as I still have some time to spend with my family.

We are leaving in a few minutes to go out to dinner for DS's birthday. His birthday is actually on Thursday but today is the only day that all of us could get together so we're celebrating today. I've got the dining room decorated in monkeys (his favorite animal) and I ordered (and picked up!) his favorite cake so we're all set. DH and I are just waiting for DS and his gf to arrive. It'll also be nice to spend more time with his gf as we don't know her very well yet.

Lisa, sorry about the paint, I usually buy more than recommended then I can touch up when the need arrises.

Cheryl, you and Rachel accomplished alot yesterday, hope you got lots done today too!

Christy, hope you enjoyed your bath!

Reddy, I know what you mean about laudry soap!

So I was able to clean the bedroom, all the scrappy things are where they belong.

Grocery shopping is done, started buying for Thanksgiving too! I bought my first ever turkey today! DH made dinner so I was able to scrap this afternoon, Julia's school book is finished through eighth grade

, now she has to get off my case.

Hope everyone is enjoying their evening activities!

We had a great party for the birthday boy! Hard to believe he's already one. My nephew was there from college and an older nephew we hardly see was there too. It was a nice time. Food was great (pulled pork sammies), Ryan was an angel, and it was nice to spend some family time.

Sounds like everyone had a good weekend...back to work today for me
